Planning permission is sought by Netbase Limited for development on lands bounded by Park Avenue to the west, Park Terrace South to the north, and Park Row to the east and south, Clongriffin, Dublin 13. The development will consist of the construction of 23 no. houses (comprising of 8 no. 3-storey 3-bed mid-terrace units, 1 no. 3-storey 3-bed end-terrace unit, 3 no. three storey 4-bed end-terrace units, 4 no. two storey 3-bed mid-terrace units, 4 no. two storey 3-bed end-terrace units, 2 no. semi-detached two storey 2-bed units, and 1 no. detached two storey 3-bed unit) and associated private gardens, 16 no. in-curtilage car parking spaces, 12 no. bicycle stores in-curtilage serving mid-terrace units (providing for a total of 36 no. bicycle spaces), landscaping, boundary treatments, upgrade works to public realm including footpaths and upgrade of existing ramp on Park Avenue to a raised table for pedestrian crossing, and all associated site engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
