PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: refurbishment and extension of the existing derelict Coach House; the proposal includes modification of the internal layout, repairs to the existing historic fabric, thermal upgrade and new services, modification of 2no. window openings to the front elevation, to repair and infill three existing flat arch openings with: a garage door, a screen and an entrance door, to fit 8no. photovoltaic panels and 3no. heritage rooflights to the southern roof of the Coach House, works will also include a new single story pitched roof extension to the rear with a ridge rooflight and a single story link building with a green roof, an increase in height to the existing stone wall to the east boundary, to erect a privacy screen and railings along the east boundary, and all associated site works.
