RETENTION PERMISSION; The proposed development consists of the retention of existing plant related to the commercial office. The existing plant is located set back from the northern and western elevations of the first-floor roof of the single storey element onto Dawson Lane. The plant for which retention permission is sought includes a backup generator (6.6 sq.m in size and 2.235m in height), ancillary fuel tank (1.2 sq.m in size and 1m in height), and related infrastructure including generator plinth, service connections etc.
