The development will consist of the construction of a new front boundary wall with railings, 1.37 metres in overall height, across the 8.11 metre frontage onto West Road, incorporating 4 no. rendered piers; the erection of bi-folding vehicular entrance gates and a pedestrian gate, each 1.37 metres in height, to the existing vehicular and pedestrian entrances; the construction of an enclosed porch of 2 square metres to the front elevation of the dwelling house; the erection of a detached single-storey garden room of 19.8 square metres, 2.6 metres in overall height, in the rear garden for use as a home office incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house; and all associated site works.
