PROTECTED STRUCTURE: the development will consist of (i) refurbishment of gable and courtyard facades, incl removal of redundant services, addition of external tiling treatment at basement and ground levels, cleaning and painting of existing render, replacement of existing rainwater goods, addition of external lighting and display board, (ii) refurbishment of the roof, incl new insulation, water-proofing, new access door, 3no. replacement rooflights, new perimeter guarding, (iii) works to junior house courtyard entrance, incl widening of entrance bridge, replacement of front doors, new entrance door surround and signage, and (iv) installation of new downpipe and hopper to Great Denmark St façade.
