The development will consist of: 1. The change of use of the existing ground floor premises from a betting office to a neighbourhood convenience shop. 2. The conversion of the existing inaccessible attic space to provide a one-bedroom apartment with independent access from Dowth Avenue. 3. Alterations to the existing roof profile and the construction of dormer windows to the front and rear elevations. 4. Modification of the front elevation to provide for a new shopfront incorporating a retractable awning and fascia signage. 5. Associated internal alterations and all associated site and ancillary works.
