The development will consist of the construction of a single storey external bicycle store (57 no. spaces) adjacent to the northern elevation to facilitate the relocation of permitted bicycle storage at basement level of the Treasury Annex, with bin storage and minor reconfiguration to changing facilities provided at basement level. The number of permitted bicycle parking spaces (313 no.) under Reg. Ref.: 2860/21 (as amended) and Reg. Ref.: 3965/20 (as amended) remains unchanged.
