Lucid Media ta/ Micromedia is applying for planning permission for the upgrade of an existing 3.37m x 6.42m back illuminated lightbox advertising display to a 3.2m x 5.76m digital advertising display on the northern elevation of no. 23 Rathmines Road, Dublin 6, together with all associated site works and services. In the event of planning permission being granted, an existing 3m x 6m advertising panel at no. 23 Old Kilmainham Road, Dublin 8, will be permanently decommissioned and removed.
