Retention & PERMISSION: (A) Planning Permission for the following:- (i) Replacement of existing bicycle shed with single storey lock up bicycle shed of 187 sq.m. (ii) Two new illuminated digital signs (Each will be 1.85m x 1.35m in area and be attached to a 4.15 metres high pole) at the entrance to nos.1 and 2 car parks facing onto the Clontarf Road; (iii) New elevational treatment to the north east façade along with the replacement of signage over the main entrance lobby with new illuminated logo signage (1.8m high x 4.8m long); (iv) New illuminated signage (1.3m high x 6m long) on the north façade facing the Clontarf Road; (v) New elevational treatment to the separate security building at the car park entrance; and (B) Retention Planning Permission for the following:- (i) Three storey extension with elevational changes to south east elevation and north elevation (1301 sq.m.) as follows:- (a) Ground floor – corridors, maintenance workshop, storage space, lobby; (b) First floor – corridors, toilets and offices, gym area, staff training area; (c) Second floor – extension to gym area, three storey lift shaft; (ii) Single-storey flat-roofed security building at the car park entrance (32 sq.m.); (iii) Day care centre and crèche at ground and first floor level; (iv) Two free standing totem signs (8.2m high by 2.5m wide and 6m high x 1.75m wide) at entrance to leisure centre, (v) Eighty seven car parking spaces to front of building. The proposed development will include all site works which includes improvements to the overall layout and landscaping.
