CHANGE OF USE: Lemon Pepper Ireland Ltd intend to apply for permission for development at Unit Nos. 1 & 2, Nos. 41-46 South Great George’s Street and Nos. 51–53 Stephen’s Street Lower, Dublin 2. The development will consist of: the change of use and amalgamation of Unit Nos. 1 & 2 from retail to restaurant (c. 435 sq m) and associated internal fit-out works at basement and ground floor level; new signage; repositioning of the 2 No. entrance doors back by 960mm; new kitchen extract to existing riser at roof level; new pipework & external condensers to existing screened compound at roof level; and all associated works above and below ground.
