Planning permission for development at Part Ground Floor and Basement Level, Parnell Centre, Parnell Street, Dublin 1. The development will consist of the change of use of an existing vacant retail unit to a 24-hour gymnasium, the installation of a new access platform lift providing access between the ground floor and basement level, new entrance doors, new externally illuminated signage to the south-east elevations, new ventilation louvres to the front elevation, the installation of a new louvre concealed within the rear soffit, the installation of condenser units at rear elevation level, together with all associated internal alterations, external works, plant, building services, site development and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
