RETENTION PERMISSION: We, Seven Cabra Real Estate Limited, intend to apply for retention permission at Hamilton Gardens, 2-4 Carnlough Road, Cabra West, Dublin 7. The development for which retention permission is sought consists of the continued retention of the existing pedestrian access gate at Fassaugh Avenue entrance to the Hamilton Gardens residential development, which were previously granted retention permission for a temporary period under Reg. Ref. 4011/23.
