PROTECTED STRUCTURE, RETENTION AND PERMISSION: UNIT 2: Retention permission for (i) works previously carried out, including removal of chimney breast, replacement of floors, removal of ceilings and strengthening of roof structure; (ii) change of use from office / educational use to residential use; and (iii) completion of works to convert to residential use, including installation of bathrooms & kitchenettes at each level, new ceilings, repair of windows, as well as electrical and plumbing works; and UNIT 5: Retention of works already carried out, including new partitions & doors and partial installation of electrical & plumbing services; and completion of these works whilst retaining the existing office / educational use. THESE ARE PROTECTED STRUCTURES.
