Planning permission is being sought by Philip Baxter for development at Unit 90/1 Lagan Road, Dublin Industrial Estate, Dublin 11 D11 ET38. The development will consist of the following: 1.The construction of a single storey extension (204 sq.m) to the existing industrial unit to provide additional workshop space. 2. The erection of a palisade type fence to the boundary of the site fronting Lagan Road.
