RETENTION & PERMISSION: I, Lauris Brimmers, intend to apply for retention permission and permission for development at 45 Clanbrassil Street Upper, Dublin 8. The development for which retention permission is sought consists of the provision and retention of a single-storey structure at the rear of the property for use as a private sauna facility. Permission is also sought for the replacement of the existing wood-burning stove with an electric stove and the removal of the associated flue.
