RETENTION : Retention Permission is sought for amendments to the development previously permitted under Dublin City Council Reg. Ref. WEB2765/25. The amendments comprise of alterations to the footprint, an increase in the ridge height of the previously permitted single-storey garden room, alterations to the fenestration treatment, and alterations to all elevations, together with all associated site works. The remainder of the development shall be as previously permitted.
