PROTECTED STRUCTURE; CHANGE OF USE. (i) change of use of existing structure from office and store to residential use to provide for a three-bed, two-storey residential dwelling. (ii) Internal and external works comprising: (a) the removal and replacement of all external windows and doors along all elevations; (b) the removal of the existing metal roof at ground floor level and a portion of the roof to the rear at first floor level; and (c) internal alterations comprising the removal and replacement of partition walls and staircase at ground and first floor level.
