Full description from the council file

The works consist of replacement of the existing glazing, Luas signage, and the existing security shutter. Other upgrade works to the Luas stop include concrete repairs, upgrades to internal finishes, new internal opening to the restaurant/shop unit, and provision of external bicycle stands. Also proposed are possible mechanical ventilation works consisting of ventilation of the shop/café unit to the Foyer to be housed above the ceiling level, and electrical works consisting of internal replacement lighting and separation of Luas specific cables.
