The development will consist of: Alterations to the vehicular access arrangement previously granted under Planning Register Reference WEB1114/25, comprising: replacement of the approved shared vehicular entrance with two independent vehicular entrances (each approximately 3.0 metres wide); construction of new dished footpaths in accordance with Dublin City Council specifications; reduction of approximately one metre of existing Kassel kerbing adjacent to Bus Stop 636; associated alterations to the front boundary and hard landscaping; and all ancillary site development works.
