CHANGE OF USE: The proposed development will consist of the change of use (from betting office) to use as delicatessen and retail food emporium for the sale of freshly produced products and hot food for consumption off the premises. The proposed development also includes signage comprising of (i) a non-illuminated 400mm diameter projecting sign and (ii) fascia signage to both East and West elevations with backlit 300mm high individual lettering (iii) unlit logo signage over door.
