CHANGE OF USE: The development will consists of: 1) Construction of a 19.2m² rear extension at first floor level and a 19.2m² rear extension to second floor level incorporating a flat roof, together with the provision of two balconies, each measuring 6.8m². 2) Change of use of the proposed first and second floor office accommodation to provide three residential apartment units, comprising: One studio apartment; One 2-bed 3-person apartment; and One 2-bed 3-person duplex apartment. 3) Construction of an additional 68.1m² rear extension at first-floor level to provide one additional two-bed 3-person apartment, together with a green roof, associated landscaping, and all ancillary works. 4) The reconfiguration of the existing ground floor retail unit, including the provision of a bin store and bicycle store, together with all associated site development and ancillary works.
