Full description from the council file
The development consists of Planning Permission being sought for the conversion of the existing Storage Unit into a garage for the parking of 1No. car. This garage will be in keeping and in line with the rest of the garages to the rear of Hollybank Road and Botanic Avenue. This space will be used for the secure storage of bicycles for the staff of Kennedy’s Public House during the day, with the parking of 1No. car in the evening hours, as there is no parking allowed within the laneway. This proposal entails the provision of a roller shutter to the northern elevation with a single door to the eastern elevation. Both the northern and eastern elevations are to receive a brick finish at Victoria Lane rear on 1 Hollybank Road, Dublin 9 and all associated site works.
