Proposed pedestrian access to serve the new dwelling exiting onto Shangan Green, Ballymun, Dublin 9. 3. Proposed new boundary treatments to front and side garden, dividing the existing and proposed dwellings. 4. 1no proposed on-street parking bay at Shangan Green, Ballymun, D9, for the proposed new dwelling, 5. All structural, drainage, service connections and associated site works to be implemented.
