CHANGE OF USE i) change of use of building from office to tourist hostel with all associated revisions to the internal layout and external elevations; (ii) provision of signage above the building entrance via Grant’s Row; (iii) demolition of existing single-storey extension to the rear and construction of a new single-storey extension to the rear to accommodate new hostel facilities and new bike and bin stores; (iv) provision of set-down parking space, bicycle parking area and enclosed outdoor seating area to the front of the building via Grant’s Row; and (v) all associated works, including boundary treatments, landscaping, infrastructure and drainage necessary to facilitate the development.
