The development will consist of alterations to the existing end-of-terrace two-storey dwelling, with existing single-storey flat-roof rear extension, comprising: raising of the existing main roof ridge by approximately 450mm and associated alteration of the roof/ridge profile; attic conversion/alterations to provide ancillary domestic attic accommodation; construction of a pitched-roof dormer window to the front roof slope; construction of a pressed metal-clad dormer extension to the rear roof slope; alterations to existing rooflights, with one existing rooflight to remain and two existing rooflights to be removed; internal alterations; relocation/alteration of existing services where required; and all associated site, drainage and ancillary works.
