The following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority, details on hard landscaping features and other measures within the site along the northern boundary that prohibits the use of the access for vehicles from Bunting Road. c) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/ developer shall submit a revised drawing illustrating the proposed bicycle store and layout. The applicant is referred to Section 6 of the National Transport Authority Cycle Design Manual 2023 for the acceptable bicycle parking structures and layouts. The applicant shall note: a. A minimum of 44 no. bicycle spaces for long stay and 16 no. short stay bicycle spaces including 3 no. cargo/adapted bike spaces shall be provided. b. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Key/fob access shall be required to bicycle compounds. Cycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. c. The bicycle parking infrastructure shall be built and operational prior to first occupation of the development. e) A minimum of 50% of the car parking spaces including car share space shall be provided with electrical connection points, to allow for functional electric vehicle charging. The remaining car parking spaces (excluding the Servicing/Drop off bays) shall be fitted with ducting for electric connection points to allow for future fit out of charging points. Details of how it is proposed to comply with these requirements shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
