During the course of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit for the written approval of the Planning Authority: c. The applicant/developer shall engage an Industrial Heritage Expert to inspect the ovens and submit a written opinion on their significance in terms of industrial heritage within Dublin City and include recommendations for dismantling / salvage / reinstatement.
