3. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: b) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit auto tracking of spaces 1, 20 and 21 for review and written agreement of the Planning Authority. These diagrams must clearly demonstrate that vehicles can safely access and egress each space. Where this cannot be achieved, the layout shall be revised accordingly. If any spaces are required to be removed, the applicant shall provide a clear justification for the resulting reduction in the parking ratio and outline additional measures to offset the loss of parking provision.
