The extension at ground, first and set back second floor levels, the enovation, alterations and extensions to the existing disused licence premises and outbuildings, including some demolition works as required to provide the following: 2 No Ground Floor Commercial/Retail Units. 4 No 1 Bed Apartments some with studies at Ground Floor Level. 8 No 1 Bed Apartments some with studies at First Floor Level. 4 No 1 Bed Apartments at Second Floor Level. Communal Roof Terrace/Garden. Solar panel installation, and water storage at roof level All of the above along with some elevational changes to the approved plans Reg Ref 3148/21, drainage, bicycle and bin storage to remain basically as approved.
