Full description from the council file

Redevelopment of the site at 1 Bow Lane West, at the corner of Cromwell's Quarters, Dublin 8. The development is to comprise the demolition of the existing boundary walls to the street and all shed structures on site and the construction of a mixed development comprising 11 no. apartments over a café/restaurant fronting Cromwell's Quarters at upper ground floor level, and service and storage areas, including for bikes and bins, and a small coffee shop fronting Bow Lane West at lower ground floor level. The apartments are to consist of six. no. one-bedroom units, four no. two-bedroom units and one duplex three-bedroom unit. The proposed development is to be seven-storeys to Bow Lane West and, in part, eight-storeys to the rising ground at Cromwell's Quarters and it includes areas of balcony and roof terrace.
