5. The landscaping to the rear of the building hereby approved shall comply with the following: a) Prior to carrying out the landscaping works the Applicant to carry out an accurate record of all built heritage features of the rear garden to be carried out by a conservation professional. b) A survey shall be carried out to identify and record all exposed and concealed features and shall clarify if the retaining wall is simply a single elevation or if it is part of a larger cellar structure. c) A method statement for the conservation repair of built heritage features including the granite steps and brick structure, a possible coal cellar and original boundary walls shall be submitted for written agreement. d) The applicant shall demonstrate that a concealed brick cellar could support the proposed landscaping above.
