The development will consist of the construction of a new machinery storage shed; Golf buggy canopy, Alterations and change of use to the existing Greenkeeper's Quarters; Relocation of existing gas tanks and shipping containers; Alterations and change of use to part of the clubhouse ground floor (replacing existing living accommodation with golf club storage facilities); All associated ancillary development, including site works, services, rainwater storage tank and tree removal. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
