6. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: d. The applicant should address the following concerns in relation to cycle parking: i. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit to the Planning Authority for written agreement revised drawings showing provision of Sheffield cycle parking stands alongside the proposed cardiff bike shelters. The revised plans shall demonstrate how the minimum quantum requirement of 78 no. bicycle parking spaces is achieved. ii. The 2 no. cargo bike stands (4 no. cargo bike spaces) should be relocated to a more suitable location to ensure ease of access for both the Cargo bike users and the Cardiff bike shelter users. The revised design must comply with design criteria set out in Section 6.5.5 of the Cycle Design Manual. The bicycle parking details agreed under this condition shall be constructed and ready for use prior to commencement of the extension hereby approved.
