PROTECTED STRUCTURE: We, RSS Irish Estates Ltd, intend to apply for permission for development at lands to the rear of 28 Frederick Street North, Dublin 1 D01 T2W5 (a Protected Structure, RPS No. 2977). The proposed development will consist of the construction of a four storey apartment building, comprising 7 no. studio apartment over ground, first, second and third levels. Bin storage, bicycle storage and plant to service the building is accommodated at ground level. The total site area is 135msq and the total Gross Internal Area of the development is 355msq.
