The works to be retained consist of (A) a rear, single storey, ground floor extension incorporating kitchen, living and dining space; (B) the conversion of a former integral garage space to form a WC and utility space; (C) the bricking up of the former garage door and the insertion of a window to the ground floor front elevation to provide light and ventilation to the WC space.
