CHANGE OF USE (PART): We, JSC Properties Ltd, intend to apply for permission for development at Anchor Retail Unit 1 (Basement and Ground Floor Levels), Jervis Shopping Centre, Abbey Street Upper, Jervis Street and Mary Street, Dublin 1. The development will consist of the subdivision and associated part change of use of Anchor Retail Unit 1 at basement and ground floor levels to provide for 2 no. units, comprising an indoor amusement / leisure facility, with ancillary retail, restaurant and bar (new Unit 1a) and a retail unit (new Unit 1b). The proposed development includes associated internal alterations to the subject unit, including works to internal mall elevations and internal mall signage, and all associated works.
