No. 6216) including (i) reinstatement of a bathroom at upper first-floor level; (ii) widening of an existing door ope in the rear facade at garden level; and (iii) in the rear garden, removal of an existing single-storey shed and the construction of 2 no. single-storey garden rooms for use ancillary to the main house with a combined total floor area of 37.5 sqm (1 no. home gym / storage room (19.5 sqm); 1 no. garden family room (18 sqm), plus covered barbecue area), together with all associated landscaping, site and boundary works.
