The development will consist of: (i) demolition of existing rear single storey extension; (ii) construction of single-storey flat roof extension with rooflights and first floor pitched roof extension to rear of existing dwelling; (iii) conversion of existing garage to habitable accommodation with new raised flat roof and new window to front elevation; (iv) provision of new rooflights and (v) all associated site works and SUDS drainage to facilitate the development.
