5. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be adhered to: c. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the CO: v. Details of the proposed extract ducts to the roof shall be provided. The extract ducts shall be as minimal as possible, in order to reduce the additional visual clutter to the building, which risks compromising the special architectural character of the structure and nearby Protected Structures.
