The demolition of the existing single storey garage to the side and construction of a new single storey extension to the rear, side and front. The new single storey extension will incorporate living space to the rear and side along with a new garage to the side and a new space to the front which will be ancillary to the main dwelling, conversion of the attic space for storage use with 2 roof lights in the front elevation roof plane along with a new window at second floor level in the west facing gable wall.
