The proposed development will consist of the construction of a new single-storey flat-roof extension to the rear of the existing dwelling, to provide for a gym and an ancillary family accommodation comprising bedroom , living room , and bathroom; the conversion of the existing garage to provide a new utility area and pedestrian access; the setting back of the existing garage frontage to improve off-street car parking; the widening of the existing vehicular entrance to accommodate two off-street car parking spaces; the conversion of the existing attic space, including rooflights to the rear; and all associated site works.
