4. Prior to commencement of works on site, the applicant shall submit a proposed ground floor plan which indicates the final location, design and wayfinding measures for the new ATM, which shall be implemented in line with current standards and comply with Part M of the Building Regulations and guidance document ‘Building for Everyone: A Universal Design Approach 6, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority.
