10. The following Transportation-Planning requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, showing the following: iv. The applicant shall liaise with the adjacent landowner for the permitted permission LRD6064/24-S3, to ensure co-ordinated crossing locations. Evidence of this engagement and agreements shall support this submission.
