The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: b) In advance of the respective associated work packages commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following to the Planning Authority, for their written agreement: i) Item 4 Portion of existing wall retained: Submit detailed description of the proposed consolidation, repointing and conservation repairs to the projecting wall remnant on New Row including Conservation Architect’s detailed methodology, specification for repointing, and 1:20 elevation drawings of the front back and side of the wall remnant. ii) Item 5 Existing windows to be lowered at 2nd and 3rd floor levels: The lowering of the cills shall be omitted (refer to CO report). The Applicant to submit 1:20 corrected elevation and section details through each of the bays retaining and repairing the existing wall fabric and window arrangements, where possible. The drawings shall indicate if the existing cills are natural stone, which should be retained and reinstated if they are sound, and replaced on a like-by-like basis if they are in poor condition. iii) Item 6 Retention of section of existing wall to be taken down and re-built: Submit Good-quality record photographs of the front and rear of the wall, prior to its dismantling, and photographs of where the wall fabric is stored pending reinstatement, and a detailed drawing and methodology of how the wall materials will be reconstructed and tied into the retained historic wall and new construction iv) Item 8 Metal coping to be installed instead of stone coping to parapet (former eaves) of Protected Structure: Submit 1:5 comparative details of a) the existing projecting brick detail at the top of the wall, b) a natural stone capping on top of the retained projecting brickwork, and
