20. Noise Control and Air Quality Control a) Demolition and Construction Phase iii. Asbestos Survey Prior to the demolition of any structures on site, an asbestos survey of the buildings to be demolished must be carried out. The proposed methodology for the removal of asbestos materials must be submitted for the written agreement of the Air Quality Monitoring and Noise Control Unit.
