2. The applicant shall make the following amendments to the proposed development and submit revised drawings, to be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of development: a. The applicant shall omit the rooflight on the catslide roof profile from bedroom 3. b. The proposed front side dormer window shall be omitted in its entirety. c. The rear side dormer window shall be permanently maintained with opaque glazing, alternatively the applicant may omit this window also. d. The above ground floor side window (west facing window) shall be no taller than the existing front 1st floor main window and shall have a vertical emphasis, and shall be permanently maintained with opaque glazing. e. The side dormer rainwater down pipe shall be re-located to the rear of the side dormer.
