2. Prior to commencement of development, revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained: a) The full gable to the side shall be omitted and replaced with a small hip. The extent of the dormer shall be reduced if required to ensure that it is not visible beyond the roof slope. Reason: To protect the visual amenities and character of the area.
