4. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments for written agreement with the Planning Authority: - a) The side extension at ground and first floor shall be set back from the front building line by between 300mm to 500mm, with proposed new roof maintaining matching roof pitch and set back proportionally Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
