Full description from the council file

2. The projecting blade signage on the southern elevation fronting Kevin Street Lower, which overhangs the public footpath, shall be permanently removed. All associated fixings shall also be removed and the building façade reinstated and finished to match the existing surrounding materials. Photographic evidence showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to the Planning Authority within three months of the date of this order.
