3. The following requirement of the Transport Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be complied with: a) A section of the front boundary wall and provision of a new entrance pier between the boundary with no.41 Glenbrook Road and the existing pedestrian entrance shall be reconstructed/retained to provide a 3.0m wide vehicular entrance and must not have outward opening gates. Details of how it is proposed to comply with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. The applicant shall construct and operate the revised entrance agreed under this Condition within 6 months of permission hereby granted.
